Sleeps twenty

This open plan building has a 25-seater table and a large open fire. Suitable for an extended family, 2-3 families or special interest groups. Mattresses can ziplock to form 4 queen sized beds.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with disabled access. Informality and flexibility in sleeping arrangements is the charm of the A-Frame. (1 private and 5 semi-private sleeping areas.)

The A-Frame has a large gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, urn, CD player, washing machine, 2 fridges, log fire, cot, high chair, BBQ, games, books and child-proofing. Linen provided.

Non-Peak Rates:

$400/night for 4 people.
Minimum 2 nights

Peak Rates: 

$460/night for 4 people.
Minimum 3 nights

4 night minimum for Easter.

Extra Child$20/Night
Functions and Groups by negotiation. 
Prices apply to 1 February 2027 and include GST.
All linen included.

A one night deposit is required at time of booking.

Peak time (school holidays and long weekends) balances are payable one month prior to stay.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits refunded for bookings cancelled more than one month prior to arrival.

Payments refunded for bookings cancelled less than one month prior to arrival if period is re-booked.

A $50.00 fee applies to all cancellations.
